This notice describes how the current Apostolic Eagle site handles registration, prayer requests, member surveys, book notifications, and contact.

01 · YOUR INFORMATION
Information you choose to share
Gathering registration collects your name, email, gathering selection, and optional biblical question, first-time response, prayer request, and separate optional choices for occasional study notes/gathering reminders and daily devotional emails. An affirmative daily devotional choice also records the consent wording, version, and time. Book notifications collect your email, selected title, confirmation status, and request timestamps. Contacting Jo-el by email shares your address and the message you send.
02 · YOUR INFORMATION
How it is used
Registration information is used to coordinate gatherings, provide joining details, and help the host respond to questions and prayer needs. Occasional study notes/gathering reminders and daily devotional email preferences are recorded separately. Neither is required to register. Daily devotional delivery is not active yet, and earlier registrations are not automatically opted in. Book notification details are used to confirm your request and record your interest in that title.
03 · YOUR INFORMATION
Member Survey and support requests
The Member Survey collects voluntary answers about participation, experiences, preferences, Skool and WhatsApp use, giving, and support needs. Brief prayer requests and other support details are optional, as are name and email for requested follow-up. These answers may reveal religious beliefs or personal circumstances. Share only what you are comfortable having Jo-el review and avoid medical details, donation amounts, or other people’s names. Survey responses are stored in the hosted database for Jo-el’s private review and requested follow-up, not displayed publicly. No automatic survey email is sent and a response or healing is not promised. Requests are not monitored for urgent or emergency needs. Survey records include a random response reference, questionnaire version, round, consent version, and submission time. The survey does not store IP address, account identity, or device identifier with answers, although hosting providers may retain technical logs. Complete anonymity is not promised. Responses remain for review and follow-up until removed by the owner; there is no automatic expiry. Keep the response reference shown after submission if you may want to request access, correction, or removal. Without a reference or identifying information, locating an unnamed response may not be possible.
04 · YOUR INFORMATION
Private session contact requests
The private-session form collects only your name, phone number and email. These are stored in the hosted database and emailed through Resend only to Jo-el Rabe for private scheduling follow-up. The form does not book an appointment, send a guest email, or subscribe you to updates. No payment is collected or required to submit a contact request. A 60-minute private session is $75 USD; the complimentary 30-minute discovery conversation remains separate. Records include a request reference, submission time and notification status. There is no automatic expiry; contact Jo-el to request correction or removal. Please do not include sensitive personal history.
05 · YOUR INFORMATION
Storage and service providers
Submitted registration and book notification records are stored in the site’s hosted database. Resend handles confirmation emails. The host receives registration notices and can view submitted records in the protected dashboard. Prayer requests are not displayed on public joining pages. The hosting platform may process technical request and security logs to operate the site.
06 · YOUR INFORMATION
Your access page and cookies
After registration, the site sets an essential cookie named ae_access so this browser can find your personal gathering access page. It lasts up to one year unless cleared earlier. Keep that page’s link private: anyone with the link may be able to view its joining information. Host sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication.
07 · YOUR INFORMATION
External services
Zoom hosts live gatherings, Calendly handles appointment bookings, and the giving links open PayPal, Cash App, or your banking service. Those services handle the information you provide to them under their own privacy terms. The site does not collect payment-card details.
08 · YOUR INFORMATION
Requests and choices
You may leave optional fields blank and decline ongoing update preferences. Book notification confirmation emails include a cancellation link. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, or to withdraw an update request, email Jo-el from the address associated with your record. For an unnamed survey response, include its response reference rather than adding unnecessary sensitive details. A fixed automatic deletion schedule has not yet been established; contact Jo-el about removal.
